At Greene Atelier, we strive to deliver your premium essentials as swiftly and securely as possible. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days.

1. Delivery Areas

We ship Australia-wide and internationally. Whether you are in the heart of Sydney or the Outback, we’ve got you covered.

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

We use Australia Post and premium couriers to ensure your parcel arrives in perfect condition.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your parcel's journey directly via the carrier's website.

4. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Greene Atelier is responsible for the safety of your goods until they are delivered to your nominated address.

• If your parcel is lost in transit, we will launch an investigation with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund once confirmed lost.

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact costumer@greeneatelier.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

5. Authority to Leave (ATL)

By default, our parcels require a signature. If you choose "Authority to Leave" during checkout, Greene Atelier cannot be held liable for any parcels that go missing or are stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery.

6. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes incurred upon entry.
